Our room have been researching about the endangered Maui's dolphins. We have had a visit from a representative from W.W.F. The lady that visited us inspired our room to send emails to the Prime Minster, D.O.C and Green. We emailed them so they can try to make a difference to the dropping numbers. We have also done mini projects about Maui's dolphins. Some facts about the Maui's dolphins are....
- They only live in the North island of New Zealand
- There are only around 111 Maui's dolphins alive in New Zealand
- They feed on small fish and squid
- When diving under water they can hold their breath for around 3 minutes
